Tracking your podcast’s performance is easy with Captivate. Here’s how to set up the Audacy Creator Lab analytics prefix:
From your Captivate dashboard, click Edit Show Settings near the top left of the screen
Keep scrolling until you see a section called Third-Party Prefixes
Click the green button labeled Add Prefix, then enter https://pdcn.co/e/ and select Audacy Creator Lab from the dropdown
Once done, click the Update Show Settings button at the bottom of the page
That’s it! Your episode listen numbers should appear on your Audacy Creator Lab profile within 24 hours.
Please note that Audacy Creator Lab can only track listens after the prefix is set up. Any listens before that won't show up in your analytics.
