To set up your stats manually:
Go to Settings and select Manage Podcasts.
Click the pencil icon to edit.
Click on the Upload My Stats tab.
Submit your stats, including a screenshot of your last five episodes with their exact listener counts and the average of those episodes. This is required for approval.
